Our Client required EVP / SVP – PMO
with Bachelors Degree in IT preferably
MS or MBA from a reputable HEC
recognized
University/Institute.Certification
in Project Management is preferable. Minimum
15 years with at least 5 years in managing Core Banking projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing large and
complex application software
implementation throughout the Bank
including negotiations and mediating the scope and contract issues
and interfacing with end-users.
Prepare and finalizing project scoping
and planning document, detailed project plans and project resource
profile.
Highlight and pre-empt risks, so that
informed decisions are made in order to eliminate and mitigate risks
by finalizing and implementing project risk assessment matrix and
initial risk assessment review.
Coordinate and managing the
projects-in-house resources and liaise with groups / divisions for
proper user participation.
Ensure adequate participation and
support from NBP users and technical personnel throughout the project
in tasks where NBP has both a primary and participative
responsibility.
Ensure time completion of all
activities that are NBP's responsibility during requirement
definition, technical architecture definition and implementation,
testing and conversion strategy development, procedure and
training
development, additional software development, user
training, system test planning and preparation and execution.
Monitor project costs in relation to
the approved budgets and highlight any potential problems.
Identify issues affecting time scales,
cost or quality — such as scope,
decision making, personnel
participation, infrastructural resources, attention to accuracy and
detail, timeliness and take prompt actions to resolve them.
Ensure that change is managed in a
structured and positive way so that informed decisions are made.
Ensure proper formulation and
implementation of effective data migration strategy
Ensure successful deployment over all
banking delivery chaiiriers.
Finalize rollout strategy and plan by
clearly understanding lead times,
dependencies, limitations and
impact of change
Serve as a member of the Project
Steering Committee.
Facilitate learning through trainings
in co-ordination with Human Resource Management & Administration
Group & for internal job rotations and interactive sessions among
the employees. Ensure compliance of banking laws, regulations, bank's
instructions and procedure maintenance of files and other records,
rectifications of audit irregularities and their non-recurrence
Appraise the performance of direct
reports.
Salary
package will commensurate with experience & qualification
according to current
market base.
