  • Appraisal activity for formulation of training calendar for employees at all levels as an outcome of Annual Appraisal exercise.
  • programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;
  • or public training programs for employees as and whenever required and maintains data for the same.
  • resolving resource performance issues and solve specific training problems.
  • with developments in training by reading relevant literature, networking with Training fraternity and attending relevant seminars or courses.
