  • Review and approve engineering design.
  • Direct engineering personnel in formulating plans, designs, cost estimates specifications for construction, maintenance and modernization programs.
  • Supervising engineering office works computing operating budgets, compiling reports and conducting special investigations and studies to evaluate efficiency of engineering programs.
  • Develop, plan and coordinate projects for the organization. After projects are approved by the Senior Management, then assign the roles in the project to appropriate staff members. Making sure that roles are completed on time and within the project budget.
  • Oversee and devise policies, procedures, protocols and controls that govern engineering operations.
  • Develop standards, which ensure that routines and controls keep the organization operating safely and effectively.
  • Responsible for overall activity of the engineering department.
  • Responsible for the implementation of standardization policy of the Banks for construction / renovation of offices / branches.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budgets.
  • Oversee preparation of reports, such as statistical and data analysis reports for all engineering process.
