This is management position and will require a skilled individual with excellent business acumen and the art of dealing with doctors.The work entails extensive interaction and visits to Consultants and Chief Medical Officers and building relationships with internal and external consultants to ensure complete satisfaction of referred patients.

EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 4 to 5 years experience in relevant field.

  • MBA preferably with an MBBS from a recognized institution.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS:
  1. Manage and enhance the overall scope of the Marketing services.
  2. Regularly visit external / community physicians and corporations across Karachi in coordination with Supervisor.
  3. Maintain and upgrade the existing referral system for physicians.
  4. Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned areas, visit outside Karachi markets for improving physician relations and health programmes including Hyderabad, Quetta and UAE.
  5. Enhance media relations for hospital wide coverage in TV, Radio and Print and responsible for updating and printing all health literature.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proficiency in computer software / programmes
  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform work under pressure and meet deadlines
    Be able to spend approximately 50% of the time away from office for official visits.
SALARY:
  • 80k. to 120k.
